The Birth of Rise & Refine
After 14 years inside Fortune 500 companies, in positions from IT auditor to Business Transformation leader, I’ve chosen to bring my expertise local to the Capital District of NY. I’ve seen first-hand what it takes to make technology actually work for people – not just technically “work” but truly providing daily value in practice amidst the messy, human reality that is business.
What I kept coming back to was this: I see large corporations investing enormous resources to navigate the AI and automation landscape. They can afford to fail forward, and hope that those failures will eventually clear and leave them with a strategic advantage. The reality is that 80% of automation solutions don’t deliver expected value; and that gap is exactly what Rise & Refine was built to close.

I have always loved living in communities where local enterprises were the backbone; my father was an independent handyman, and my mother was a public school educator; so I inherently understand that every contact matters, every hour matters.
